Many people do not know that acetate fiber is a plant extract, which is a natural product. However, the production of traditional acetate fiber board requires adding a large amount of plasticizer (phthalate) to improve the plasticity and processing characteristics. What is the difference between GR sheet series? With this in mind, Creation (Hong Kong Innovation) has specially developed a new formula to change the traditional acetate fiber board. Although plasticizers (phthalates) play an important role in production, not every factory can control the amount of plasticizers, and the use of plasticizers has become an important part. The GR sheet series is the result of years of research and development, It's phthalates free, thus reducing environmental pollution and human injury. What kind of environment-friendly materials are they? Among the environmental protection materials, the most accessible way is biodegradation, which means biodegradation through dissolution, enzymolysis, cell phagocytosis, etc. in organisms or plant soil over time. Fiber board belongs to cellulose, because it is derived from animals, plants or natural macromolecules in human body, so it can be biodegradable under specific conditions. The acetate fiber board without plasticizer (phthalate) developed by us can improve the degradation conditions.
